Checking In and Out

We ask all our guests to check in between the hours of 1PM-5PM and to check out between 9AM—12PM. However, an early check in or late check out can be arranged at an extra cost.

Please note that every day we are closed between 12PM-1PM.

We are also closed to the public on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Vaccinations

We ask that all our guests are up to date with their yearly boosters, their flea treatments, and their worm treatments.

For our canine guests, we DO NOT require them to be vaccinated against Kennel Cough. However, should you choose for them to receive the Kennel Cough vaccine we ask for 10 clear days between them having that vaccine and them coming to stay with us.

Please bring their vaccination card along when you check them in. Further details of boarding can be found in our Terms and Conditions at the bottom of this page.

Luggage

All our guests are provided with beds, bedding, bowls and toys throughout their stay.

Owners are more than welcome to pack some familiar belongings for them, however any personal belongings left are done so at the owners risk.

Food

Food is included in the cost of boarding. Our menu consists of a variety of kibble and tinned food, including hypoallergenic, grain-free and raw options. We are confident we have something tasty for all our guests during their stay with us.

You are also welcome to pack food from home along with them, especially if they are on a specific diet or have strict dietary requirements.

For those guests who prefer a raw or refrigerated diet packed along with them, we have ample fridges and freezers so all their meals can be stored safely.

 Making a Booking (Hotel)

We kindly ask that any booking made with us is confirmed with a 50% deposit.

If no deposit is made upon booking, then the room is not yet secured.
