Membership

Members at Mink Farm enjoy a range of extended five-star services.

Being a member means you can leave all transport arrangements to us, we can come to your home to collect guests and can return them safely home after their stay, free of charge. To qualify for free transport as a member, guests must being staying in our hotel for a minimum of 2 nights.

This service extends to Sundays and Bank Holidays. Gone are the days of having to wait until we re-open on our normal opening hours as members enjoy the luxury of having their loved ones collected and returned home to them on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

If you are a member and your loved one comes to stay with us requiring medication, we will administer this on your behalf free of charge.

Members also have the added benefit of arranging play time in the enrichment play run with a 50% discount.

If you discover we don’t have the dates you require available when it comes to those last minute bookings, members benefit from being placed on a members-only standby list taking priority over non-members for requested dates.

 Membership is held by you, the owner, is granted based on your current address, and is valid for all your current and future pets.

Membership costs £500 + VAT for 12 months
